Standard models start at 500 units for a first order; for white-labelling an existing catalogue model some lines can go down to 300. ODM projects that need new tooling generally start around 2,000 units.
Sampling on an existing platform takes 7–12 working days; structural customisation with new tooling takes 20–25. Samples are normally charged at cost and refunded once a volume order reaches an agreed quantity.
CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UKCA are all routine. We can supply the design and bill-of-materials documentation needed for your filing, and coordinate with third-party labs on your behalf.
First mass production is 25–30 days after tooling sign-off. We share the schedule and key milestones, and flag any risk within 72 hours with a recovery plan.
